IN HOME LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSIONS -
These sessions are usually in the first few weeks (but definitely not limited to) of your babies arrival and shot in the comfort of your own home. You're more than welcome to involve other siblings, grandparents and pets. Sessions are very relaxed and go with the flow. Your baby can be awake or asleep and feed when they need to.
Your house doesn't need to be immaculate. You've just had a baby! These aren't your typically posed newborn sessions so be yourselves and be comfortable. If breastfeeding, wear something that allows for this should you need to feed. There are no rules on colours or patterns, shoes or no shoes. Your baby can have a change of clothes or stay in the same outfit for the session. I don't use props but if there is something that you would like to include in your session like a teddy or special blanket etc, of course bring it out.
When you first enquire, your $100 session fee will guarantee that I have availability around your babies due date. Of course little people have their own agenda so I ask that you let me know within a couple of days of their birth so that we can lock in a session date and time.
These sessions go for around 1-1.5 hours. After your shoot, you can expect your edited images completed and ready to view within 2 weeks. As soon as your package is chosen and payment is made, you can instantly download your hi-resolution images to print as you please.
ON LOCATION OUTDOOR SESSIONS -
These sessions can include your immediate family or the whole extended clan! Kids, grandparents, cousins, dogs... pricing doesn't change. Once we decide on a date/time we can chat about location. I have a lot of beautiful parks that I love shooting at all over Melbourne but if you have somewhere that you also love I'm happy to check it out and see if it suits.
You can wear whatever you like.. these are YOUR photos. I love colour and what it brings to your images so don't don't feel you have to play it safe. Brightly coloured gumboots, scarves and even a dress-up can look great. The most important thing is that you be yourself and be comfortable.
If you're bringing your dog (and I strongly urge that you do if you have one!) please arrive slightly earlier to give them time to smell all those stinky smells so that they are a little familiar with their environment by the time I arrive. I will always be armed with treats to help coerce them!
I find that props aren't really needed when we're out and about as there is a lot to explore. If you have any items of significance that you do want to bring please feel free to do so.

IN HOME LIFESTYLE SESSION
For a more personal shoot, I love coming to your house and photographing your family at home. If you're still having breakfast when I get there I don't care! I want to shoot real moments so just be yourselves. Like any of my sessions feel free to invite additional family members over at no additional cost. You can play dress ups, read stories, jump on the bed (go on.. let them this once) and have lots and lots of cuddles. I'll even let your kids shoot me with nerf guns (I survived).
